We are seeking a talented and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team at the Consortium of Local Medical Committees

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in general management and leadership roles in General Practice. You will work closely with our experienced practice Director and Practice Manager to improve services and develop your skills.

The scheme includes two distinct placements over three years, providing exposure across the practice and equipping you with knowledge and experience to progress your career post-scheme.

Main Accountabilities
  • Developing organisational strategy
  • Managing change and projects
  • Financial and HR management

You will also study towards a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at UCLan. Upon completion, you will have gained the knowledge, skills, and professional qualification to apply for more senior roles within the practice.
