Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

  • Line manage a team of project managers, supervisors, operatives, and sub-contractors.
  • Hold regular reviews (PRMs) to ensure programme, cost, quality, and safety are controlled.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholder clients to encourage repeat business and long-term strategic frameworks.
  • Assist and develop new opportunities with existing and new clients in line with the business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all Integral group policies and procedures.
  • Deliver financial targets to meet established objectives.
  • Lead the relevant site-based project team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong educational background and leadership experience.
  • Good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
  • Proven track record of delivery and experience managing multiple projects.
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, organisational ability, and drive to meet deadlines.
