Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the GIS manufacturing strategy to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost, and delivery.
- Drive LEAN principles to improve efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage production schedules and budgets to ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
- Mentor and develop a team of 8 direct reports to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business practices.
