Job Title: Head of Aerospace

About the Role:

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Aerospace to lead our global supply chain strategy and drive maximum value to all stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all procurement activities, optimizing costs, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, and building strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, contracting, and vendor management
  • Optimize costs and improve efficiency through process improvements and supplier negotiations
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services through effective supply chain management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of reducing costs and improving efficiency
  • Experience in offshore contract manufacturing management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel internationally
