Job Summary:

This is a great opportunity to work in a warehouse environment, processing stock quickly and efficiently, while also interacting with customers on the sales floor. As a successful Delivery Team Member, you will be responsible for accurately processing stock, ensuring it is gorgeously presented and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly. You will also keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized, offering fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front areas of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away
  • Ensure all stock is presented attractively and put onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
  • Offer fast and friendly service to our customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed

About You:

We're looking for a great communicator who is friendly, calm, and efficient, even on your busiest days. You should be accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail. You take pride in your work and approach all tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm. Happy to work on your own and keep yourself busy, you're flexible, supportive, and always ready to go the extra mile for your team and our customers. You enjoy taking control of your own development.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer an estimated salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You'll also have opportunities for career growth and development within our company. Please note that this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level. Candidates are encouraged to consider their own right to work options without our sponsorship.
