Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage diverse delivery teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages effective teamwork and individual growth.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project success.
- Implement effective change control, agreeing variations with clients and ensuring compliance with AtkinsRéalis Technical Assurance protocols.
- Produce and report against project schedules, establishing budgets and monitoring delivery against baseline using Earned Value Analysis and/or other techniques.
- A relevant Project Management Qualification, such as APM or PRINCE 2.
- Experience in delivering engineering projects, with a good knowledge of engineering disciplines, preferably within a highways environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence others and manage stakeholders effectively.
- A track record of delivering schemes to time and budget using project management tools and methodology.
- The ability to build and develop multidisciplinary project delivery teams, including the coaching of junior Project Management team members.
