About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aviation Security Officer to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough searches of individuals and baggage to prevent unauthorized items from entering secure areas
  • Monitor and patrol secure areas to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a professional and effective manner
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a high level of security awareness and vigilance
Requirements
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK for a minimum period of 12 months
  • Must be a UK resident for the last 3 years
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to pass a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
