We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Home Activities Coordinator to join our team at Wood Care Group. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging activities that enhance the lives of our residents.

As a Care Home Activities Coordinator, you will work closely with our residents, families, and management team to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes social interaction, emotional well-being, and physical activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a varied program of activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure that activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Provide support and guidance to residents and their families to help them engage in activities and make the most of their time with us.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity engagement.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care home's activities policy.
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in a care home environment or a similar setting.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and activities that promote the well-being of our residents.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
