Residential Care Team Member Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and caring Residential Care Team Member to join our team at Ideal Carehomes. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. With a competitive hourly rate of £12.23, you can expect a fair financial reward for your hard work and dedication.
Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also have the opportunity to participate in exciting trips and activities with our residents and contribute to our positive and supportive work environment.
