Education Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support in Year 4 at a school in Garstang. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about education and working with motivated and engaged pupils with supportive families.
The Role:
Provide encouragement and support during core foundation subjects.
Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of Key Stage 2 students.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant experience working with children, preferably within a school setting.
Knowledge of the KS2 Curriculum and methods to support this.
Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
