Job Summary

As a Senior Countermeasure Development Engineer at MASS Consultants, you will be responsible for developing and delivering countermeasure techniques and models for defence applications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX
  • Modeling physical interactions and phenomena across dynamic simulations
  • Working with the software development team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of releasable software products
Requirements and Benefits
  • Detailed understanding of Physics/Mathematical principles at degree-level
  • Experience with Electro-Optics (EO), Infra-Red (IR), or Radio Frequency (RF) sensors and systems within a defence setting
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Python
  • A competitive salary of £75,000 - £90,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, inclusive of up to 3 days December shut-down
