As a key member of the estates team, you will be responsible for maintaining the site, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with the Head of Estates to develop and implement maintenance plans.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the outdoor site and perform routine upkeep tasks.
- Carry out caretaking duties and various maintenance jobs as required.
- Work closely with the Head of Estates to plan and implement maintenance projects.
- Manage and maintain records of equipment and parcels, conducting regular health and safety checks.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in estates, caretaking, or related fields.
- Familiarity with DIY skills and ability to learn new skills.
- Desirable trade experience.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely.
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
- No prior convictions.
Salary: £25,250 - £26,300 per annum.
