Main Tasks

  • Maintain the site's exterior and internal spaces
  • Perform routine caretaking duties, including portering and goods reception
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks and maintain records

Essential Skills

  • Experience in caretaking, estates management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of DIY and trade skills
  • Driving license and Enhanced DBS check
