About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage guest queries and concerns, escalating issues to management as necessary.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements
