Spire Healthcare is seeking an experienced Outpatients Bookings Team Leader to join their administration team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
- Lead the Outpatients Bookings Team to ensure efficient and effective management of bookings and patient communications.
- Develop and maintain a computerized bookings system to streamline patient scheduling and reduce wait times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, consultants, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of patient communications and departmental filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling patient and staff information.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful delivery in an office and/or customer service environment.
- Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare market.
- Working knowledge of computerized patient booking systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
