We are committed to providing exceptional staffing solutions to schools and are currently seeking a dedicated SEND teacher to join our team on a day-to-day supply basis.

About the Position:

This SEND teaching position offers the chance to work in various educational settings, including special schools and alternative provisions. As a SEND teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities.

  1. Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the specific needs of SEND pupils.
  2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to succeed.
  3. Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies as required.
  4. Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to promote the holistic development of SEND pupils.
  5. Provide regular feedback to school leaders on pupil progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Must have a child and adult DBS OR willing to apply for one.
  • Proven experience working with SEND pupils, preferably in a classroom setting.
  • Strong understanding of different special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools and year groups as required.
