Role Overview

This 12-month fixed-term position is based in South Staffordshire. You will work closely with Family Practitioner Leads to coordinate Education Health & Care assessments, producing EHC plans and conducting annual reviews.

  • Collaborate with professionals in education, health, and social care

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to ensure compliance with legal requirements. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
