Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Classroom Support Specialist to join our team of education professionals. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning across Key Stage 3 and 4.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and focused in the absence of their regular teacher. This includes managing classroom behaviour, supporting student engagement, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising and delivering pre-prepared lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Maintaining a well-organised and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes effective learning.
  • Engaging with students, encouraging participation, and supporting their understanding of lesson material.
  • Adhering to school policies on behaviour and learning to ensure an orderly and supportive classroom environment.

Salary and Benefits
