About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Inclusion Support Assistant to join our team at Chadsmoor Community Infant and Nursery School. The post will initially be fixed term with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • to promote and safeguard the welfare of our children;
  • to support pupils in order to achieve learning goals;
  • to support the teacher in the planning of learning activities;
  • to support and maintain positive links between home and school;
  • to help with the care and support of pupils, including those with special needs, individually and in groups;

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in working with children across a range of ages;
  • Knowledge, skills and understanding of a range of strategies that will ensure the progress of the children;
