Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's Home Care services. Our client, a Registered Charity, supports over 1,000 older people through its nursing and dementia care homes as well as home care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers to deliver high-quality care services effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and oversee staff development through training.
  • Play a key role in ensuring the business grows in line with targets.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 NVQ (RMA) or Level 5 QCF qualification in Social Care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria for achieving Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Experience in managing service provision within the care industry.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and staff.
