Residential Team Leader Role

NSRS is seeking a dedicated Residential Team Leader to join our team in a supportive and nurturing residential environment. The successful candidate will lead a team of care/support staff to ensure high standards of care and support service users in a residential setting, promoting independence and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care/support staff to ensure high standards of care.
  • Support service users in a residential setting, promoting independence and person-centred care.
  • Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and residents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
  • Manage staff rotas and provide hands-on support where necessary.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care or residential setting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A compassionate and proactive approach to care.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and adapt to the needs of the service.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) are desirable but not essential.
