About the Role

As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare Group Ltd., you will be a key member of our care team, providing exceptional care and support to our residents. With a focus on delivering high standards of personal care, you will contribute to ensuring the continuity of services and enhancing the lives of our residents.

Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, and practicing safe systems of work. You will work collaboratively with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative and respect towards the residents and other people in the home, be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members, and be able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
