Job Description

Job Title: Associate - Banking and Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Banking and Finance team. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in the execution of corporate finance deals across the power, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in origination and execution of corporate finance deals, including company and industry research, financial modeling, and valuation.
  • Develop strong sector knowledge and stay up-to-date on M&A, equity, and debt-related topics in the industry.
  • Identify potential acquisition, disposal targets, or joint ventures through market screening.
  • Prepare client and investor presentations, and assist in deal analysis and transaction structuring.
  • Coordinate with other teams and supervise interns, while responding to client inquiries and preparing supporting analyses.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial acumen and understanding, with sound accounting knowledge and solid understanding of valuation methodologies.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills, with accuracy and reliability in work production and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Efficient data mining and information research skills, with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong commitment to the job, with a hardworking and results-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
