Job Opportunity: Aerospace Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aerospace Training Specialist. As a key member of our Engineering Training Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of training and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Training organization's compliance with all National Aviation Authorities (NAAs) and EASA Part 66, 145, and 147 requirements. Key duties include:

  1. Ensuring timely processing of applications for Non-CRS, internal approval, and NAA license applications.
  2. Providing oversight of CAT A/B license logbooks for all NAAs under EASA.
  3. Ensuring adherence to Part-145 authorization, company MOE, and company procedures.
  4. Reviewing and updating knowledge of EASA Part 145 & 147 regulations to ensure the training school remains compliant.
  5. Collaborating with the quality assurance department to maintain high standards and procedures.
  6. Developing and implementing an annual internal audit program for the training department.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A degree in the Aerospace industry or experience in a compliance-based role.
  2. Knowledge of EASA Part 145, 147, and Part 66 regulations.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Familiarity with Microsoft packages and ability to learn new software quickly.
  6. A valid EU passport.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
