Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Quality Specialist to join our client's team. As a key member of the quality assurance department, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, ensuring product integrity, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Conduct detailed inspections of manufactured parts in accordance with routing guidelines and QMS standards.">
  • Ensure safe handling of products to maintain integrity and FOD compliance.">
  • Perform Gauge R&R testing as directed.">
  • Participate in quality system maintenance to ensure ISO9001:2008 / AS 9100 compliance.">
  • Sign off on products for customer release and resolve quality issues with customers and suppliers.">
  • Actively contribute to projects, improvement initiatives, and skill sharing with colleagues.">
  • Maintain open communication with the Quality Manager on task status and critical issues.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance or inspection within the aerospace industry.">
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FAIR, calibration, and testing procedures.">
  • Familiarity with QMS standards, including ISO9001:2008 and AS 9100.">
  • An ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.">

Salary and Benefits

">

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
