Join Our Team: As a Healthcare Training Specialist at Cygnet, you will play a critical role in ensuring our healthcare professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional patient care.

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery and Evaluation

You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that meet the identified needs of our healthcare teams. This includes:

  • Designing and delivering training sessions on various clinical skills
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records of training delivery and participant progress

Continuous Improvement:

  • Work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to ensure seamless integration of training into our overall learning strategy
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and develop solutions

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
