Job Description

This role involves supporting the project and program management team in the US by collaborating with planning, scheduling, procurement, and operations teams to provide timely information on product status. The successful candidate will work closely with Project/Program Managers to ensure that assigned projects and programs are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, validate, and communicate component and product status to drive 100% OTD (on-time delivery).
  • Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Program Management, and Customer Service to confirm planned delivery dates for sales orders and ensure alignment of inventory with production requirements.
  • Develop and communicate recovery plans to Program Management.
  • Support all required internal and external status meetings related to product delivery performance.
  • Generate reports to provide visibility of production order status and track performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the order fulfillment process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
  • Specialized knowledge of industry customers, products, technology, and processes.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
