Warwickshire, United Kingdom SEVERN TRENT Full time

**Our people make Severn Trent a truly exciting and inclusive place to work - a place where you can be yourself and let your skills shine.**

Our purpose is taking care of life’s essentials, but we’re also big on making a difference, not just because we should but because we care.

Which is why we are investing over £2billion into construction projects over the next five years to improve the services we provide.

Within our Capital Design and Delivery department, we are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Waste Treatment Design Team.

Are you an experienced information handler, who can organise and communicate effectively across both the project and wider team? Do you have strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills? Would you be interested in building your career in a role which will give you variety, challenge and plenty scope of learning?

Sounds interesting? Then, read on.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

As a Project Coordinator you’ll be playing a significantly important role in the successful design and delivery of the Waste Treatment programme. You’ll work alongside project managers, design managers, design engineers to track and dispense the information needed to do their jobs effectively, alongside keeping the projects and programme of works running smoothly throughout the project life cycle.

In this role you’ll be responsible for creating and updating project schedules, as well as attending design and project meetings to record minutes, risks, issues and dependencies. You’ll also monitor projects progress, budget and hours along with producing reports from Power BI and SAP ahead of governance meetings.

You'll have experience of producing data and preparing monthly performance reports using various statistics, as well as experience of working within a team environment. As a Project Coordinator you’ll be well organised and have meticulous attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.

We want people who show up and roll their sleeves up. Restless spirits who are ready to be part of something bigger, who care, who really care... because when you really care, you’ll go above and beyond. When you really care you don’t just talk about it, you do more.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We employ thousands of people from across our community who really care about what they do. Because that is how we do what we do.

**We do more, because we care.**

**WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU**

Working here isn’t just a job, you’ll get a career too, and we’ll also help you play your part in looking after the environment and the community in which we live. We have a range of benefits that reward and recognise great work and award-winning training to ensure you reach your potential. Here are some of our favourites:

- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (and the ability to buy/ sell up to 5 days per year)
- Annual bonus scheme (of up to £1,500 per annum based on company performance)
- Leading pension scheme - we will double your contribution (up to 15% when you contribute 7.5%)
- Sharesave - the chance to buy Severn Trent Plc shares at a discounted rate
- Dedicated training and development with our ‘Academy’
- Electric vehicle scheme and retail offers
- Family friendly policies
- Two volunteering days per year

**WHATS NEXT?**

**We can’t wait to hear from you.**
