**Job Title:** Government Contracts Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in Mallusk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing government contracts, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting details into our system to ensure efficient contract management
  • Allocating vehicles for sale and coordinating daily/weekly reporting for clients
  • Liaising with government vendors and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Registering new customers and buyers while providing excellent customer service
  • Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock to maintain accuracy and compliance

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT literacy skills, including data entry and software proficiency
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with office environments and procedures is desirable
