Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent

CPC Project Services LLP is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to join our thriving Property & Construction (South) division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services to our clients in the residential sector.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert quantity surveying and employers agent services to our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Property & Construction (South) division, identifying opportunities for business expansion and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent in the residential sector, ideally with a consultancy background.
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
