Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Licensing Service team, ensuring compliance with legislative standards and departmental policies.
- Interrogate and maintain information systems and databases, completing enquiries as required.
- Develop and maintain a range of IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Organize diaries and meetings, taking minutes and publishing them as required.
- Produce and organize supporting files, which may be used for court purposes.
