Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate staffing levels for each shift and address any issues in a timely manner.
- Anticipate client needs and react to enhance client satisfaction.
- Be flexible to assist within other areas of the restaurant as needed.
- Brief the front of house team on customer satisfaction and upselling targets.
- Maintain clear communication with the kitchen team to ensure readiness for service and product availability.
