Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth to £50 million within five years.
  • Drive digital transformation to enhance product offerings, customer experience, and operational efficiency through scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management systems to ensure compliance with UK regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a collaborative culture and promoting innovation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to optimize Agile development and build pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Requirements
