IT Director

We are seeking a seasoned IT executive to lead our IT strategy and drive digital transformation.

Main Accountabilities:

• Align the IT roadmap with business objectives to achieve £50 million in revenue within five years.
• Drive digital innovation to enhance product offerings, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure, including cloud services, cybersecurity, and data management systems.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a results-driven culture.
• Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality delivery of solutions.
• Partner with the CPO to optimize Agile development and build pipelines.
• Ensure data security, with a focus on UK compliance, particularly in healthcare.
• Manage the IT budget to balance cost-efficiency with technological goals.

Your Profile:

To succeed as our CIO, you will need:

• At least 5 years of experience as a CIO, CTO, or senior IT executive in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS business.
• Expertise in cloud-based technologies, software development life cycles, and cybersecurity practices.
• A track record of leading digital transformation and fostering innovation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• A competitive salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
