Nurse Specialist in Elderly Care

Elite Search Associates Limited is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our team at a fantastic elderly nursing home in Carlisle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with a focus on elderly care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification.
- Active NMC PIN number.
- Previous experience in elderly nursing home care is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
