Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Manager to join our team at CV Library. The ideal candidate will have experience in social housing refurbishment and be able to work effectively with clients, operatives, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
  • Coordinate projects efficiently, minimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage project timescales, budgets, and health and safety practices.
  • Communicate changes and progress to relevant parties.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in site management, a good understanding of health and safety regulations, and the ability to work independently.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
