Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of professional Cost Management services to high-profile clients on large industrial buildings and distribution centers across the UK and Europe.
- Develop and implement cost management strategies for clients, focusing on procurement, cost, and value management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise.
- MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a passion for driving digital innovation in service delivery.
- Proven experience working on large complex construction projects within the industrial manufacturing sector or other heavy MEP sectors.
- Strong cost estimating experience and ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
