We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to join our Industrial Manufacturing Cost Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile manufacturing facilities for global clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of professional Cost Management services to high-profile clients
- Work on large industrial buildings and distribution centers across the UK and Europe
- Develop and implement cost management strategies for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects from inception to completion
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues to develop their skills and expertise
- MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor
- Passionate about driving digital innovation in service and delivering exceptional results
- Proven experience working on large complex construction projects within the industrial manufacturing sector
- Strong cost estimating experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build good client relationships
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
