About the Company

Thomas Thor is a global leader in designing an unconditionally safe and secure source of clean energy. We have received funding from the FNEF to advance our SMR programme, and we are building our brand new team based in Bristol.

Job Description

  • Spent Fuel Pool: Shielding analysis for the cooling system components, including heat exchangers and demineralizers, during both normal operation and refueling.
  • PSR Drafting: Contribution to the preparation of PSR sections related to shielding analysis, ensuring that the plant design complies with regulatory requirements and provides adequate protection against radiation exposure.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in an engineering or science related discipline.
  • Experience with computer languages such as Python.

Benefits
