About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Verification and Validation Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the verification and validation process for our signaling projects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the verification and validation process for signaling projects, including defining and implementing the verification and validation strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that verification and validation activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain verification and validation plans, procedures, and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure that verification and validation activities are being performed in accordance with established procedures.
  • Identify and report any deviations or non-conformities to management and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that verification and validation activities are aligned with their needs and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in verification and validation, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in verification and validation, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of verification and validation principles, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
