About the Role

Advance TRS is seeking a highly skilled Validation and Verification Manager to lead the V&V management activities across signalling project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, organise and perform verification, integration and test activities for major deployment projects.
  • Create and maintain projects in approved V&V management tools.
  • Produce verification and validation reports in support of gate reviews and commissioning.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and applicable norms, methods & tools, requesting deviations whenever appropriate.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering qualification.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Experience applying RSSB, Network Rail standards or equivalent rail infrastructure organisations.
  • Experience Testing and Validation of safety critical systems.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of signalling design, installation, testing or safety assurance.
  • Use of software database, such as DOORS/Regtify.
