Payable Ledger Coordinator Job Description:
About the Company:
We are proud to be partnering with a highly successful and prestigious organisation in Belfast City Centre. As a Payable Ledger Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Matching orders and invoices accurately
- Checking and inputting all invoices for payment onto accounting software
- Generating BACS/Cheque Payments for all bank accounts
- Reconciling supplier statements and computerised Accounts Payable Ledgers
- Responding to queries as appropriate
- Purchase Order Processing in conjunction with budget holders and finance team
- Administering Tendering processes and maintenance of contract register
- Contract management and preparation of Business Cases
- Adhoc accounts administration duties as and when required
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Experience in Accounts Payable/Finance Administrative functions
- Competent user of computerised accounting/financial systems and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work with high accuracy and attention to detail
Salary: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour
