Mental Health Clinical Director

At Phoenix Learning & Care Group, we are seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinical Director to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our therapeutic services and leading a team of clinicians. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people and contribute to the development and evolution of our services.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced clinician with a strong clinical background and excellent leadership skills. You will have a recognized postgraduate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration. Ideally, you will have 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a Psychologist, with experience in leading or managing a team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and manage a team of clinicians, with good IT skills and a full driving licence. The salary for this role is £57,500 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in shaping the future of our therapeutic services.
