We are seeking a skilled and compassionate cardiothoracic nurse to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our cardiothoracic ward.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac and thoracic surgery, including those with complex medical needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain your clinical skills, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in cardiothoracic nursing.

Requirements

  • Current RN (Adult) registration with the NMC.
  • Minimum 6 months post-registration experience in healthcare, preferably in coronary care or cardiology.
  • Knowledge of ECG monitoring and interpretation, as well as medication administration skills.
