About the Job

We are seeking a talented and compassionate Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our busy children's intensive care unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience working in a paediatric intensive care environment, a degree or working towards one, and relevant qualifications such as RSCN/RN (CHILD)/ RN and PICU/AICU accreditation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, mentoring junior staff and students, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. They will also be required to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to monitor and maintain policies, standards of nursing care, and staff development.
