Technical Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our housebuilding projects, ensuring that they are delivered to a high standard and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design process from planning application stage through to project completion
  • Ensure that external consultant designs are built correctly in accordance with the design, budget, and to a high-quality
  • Provide technical support from inception to build and completion
  • Work with and mentor a technical coordinator on projects

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in new build housing and be confident in delivering unit sites. They will be able to work autonomously on their projects, whilst being a valued and integral part of a larger team.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary, ranging from £55k-£60k per annum, plus allowance and other benefits. The opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to the success of our projects.

Working Arrangements:

We are happy to offer working from home after a period of time learning our systems and company processes.
