Early Careers Advisor

Career Legal is seeking an innovative and proactive Early Careers Advisor to join our growing team in London. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to our early careers opportunities and programmes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Execute Attraction Strategies: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and events to attract top talent to our early careers opportunities and programmes.
  2. Attend Marketing Events: Represent Career Legal at careers fairs, pop-up stands, virtual events, open days, and networking sessions.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with our Marketing and Business Development team to create engaging early careers content for shared media channels.
  4. Design Marketing Materials: Create digital and printed brochures to showcase our early career opportunities and programmes.
  5. Manage Digital Footprint: Ensure consistency with our firm-wide employer brand across all digital platforms.
  6. Recruit Trainee Solicitors: Lead the end-to-end process of recruiting aspiring trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices to our opportunities and programmes.
  7. Assess Applications: Review and assess application forms, critical reasoning tests, written assessments, and video interviews.
  8. Manage Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding for Vacation Schemes and in-person work experience opportunities.
  9. Develop Scholarship Programme: Grow a pipeline of future trainee solicitors through our Scholarship programme.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in graduate recruitment, ideally within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment. A strong understanding of the UK legal education system and SQE requirements is essential.
