Developing Talented Young Athletes at Kent College Canterbury
We are seeking an experienced coach to join our sport department and lead our girls' cricket program. As the Lead Coach for Female Youth Cricket, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, promoting skill development, and fostering a positive team environment.

About the Role
This is a part-time position (10 hours per week in Spring Term 2025, increasing to 25 hours per week in Summer Term) on a fixed-term contract until 04 July 2025. You will work closely with the Director of Sport to achieve our goals and provide exceptional support to pupils.

Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to pupils in girls' cricket
• Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to promote skill development and teamwork
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to promote a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements
• Experience of coaching in the 12 to 18 years age range
• Hard-working, collaborative, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000, depending on experience.
