Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will use your clinical expertise to analyze complex cases and develop tailored plans to help customers achieve their goals.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life

Requirements:

  • Valid HCPC registration number
  • At least 1 year of broad post-registration experience gained within or outside of the NHS
  • You MUST have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports
