About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Service Improvement Manager to join our team at NHS Resolution. As a key member of our Claims Service Improvement Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the research, planning, and implementation of new and improved protocols, processes, and ways of working across the Claims function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the triage and monitoring of recommendations for process reviews and improvements
  • Help organize workshops and process mapping of claims processes across the Claims function
  • Collaborate with the Service Improvement Team Leader and Senior Service Improvement Managers to achieve team objectives
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and risk identification
  • Provide support to mitigate potential challenges and improve efficiency

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Experience in successfully managing a demanding workload to tight deadlines
  • Analytical and innovative way of thinking
  • Experience of working with and drafting data reports, detailed documentation, and data visualization tools is desirable
