Claims Service Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Service Improvement Manager to join our team at NHS Resolution. As a key member of our Claims Service Improvement Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the research, planning, and implementation of new and improved protocols, processes, and ways of working across the Claims function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the triage and monitoring of recommendations for process reviews and improvements
- Help organize workshops and process mapping of claims processes across the Claims function
- Collaborate with the Service Improvement Team Leader and Senior Service Improvement Managers to achieve team objectives
- Contribute to the development of best practices and risk identification
- Provide support to mitigate potential challenges and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Experience in successfully managing a demanding workload to tight deadlines
- Analytical and innovative way of thinking
- Experience of working with and drafting data reports, detailed documentation, and data visualization tools is desirable
